Weight Loss Medication Ordering Guide For The 2025/26 Festive Season

The festive season is just around the corner, and we want to help you stay on top of your medication during the holidays.

To make things easier, we’ve shared the key dates for ordering, delivery information, and what to expect over this busy period.

Because demand is higher and Royal Mail may experience delays, we recommend placing your order early to make sure your medication arrives on time and your treatment continues smoothly.

for existing patients

Wednesday 17th December

Last day to order for delivery before Christmas (25th December)

Our clinical team will be operating with reduced capacity between 19th December and 2nd January, but we’ll continue reviewing and processing orders throughout this period.

If you place your order after 17th December, existing Morrisons Clinic patients will have the option to request dispatch from our pharmacy on 29th December.

Please double-check your delivery address and make sure someone will be available to receive your order to avoid any delays.

If you’re joining us for the first time, please note that your consultation review may take a little longer than usual as we complete the necessary medical checks before prescribing.

Monday 15th December

Last day to order for delivery before Christmas (25th December)

Our clinical team will be working with reduced capacity between 19th December and 2nd January, but we’ll continue reviewing new patient consultations during this period.

If you place your order after 15th December, you’ll have the option to request dispatch from our pharmacy on 29th December. We’ll process these orders where capacity allows.

To avoid any delays, please double-check your delivery address and ensure you’ll be available to receive your order.

Bundle & save

Bundling is a simple way to make sure you have enough medication over the holidays. To help you stay consistent with your treatment plan and maintain your progress over the festive period, you can now bundle your next order.

How it works

At the end of your online consultation, you’ll have the option to bundle your Mounjaro or Wegovy treatments. This is a great way to ensure you have everything you need to cover the holidays without interruption.

Bundle options for existing customers:

Mounjaro: Choose from either our same-strength or mixed strength bundles. You can opt for 2 pens of your current strength, 2 pens of the next strength up, or a combination of 2 different strengths to allow you to move up without re-ordering over the festive period.

Wegovy: Choose from one of our same-strength options, whether that’s opting for 2 pens of your current strength, or 2 pens of the next strength up.

All bundles contain an 8-week supply and include FREE delivery.

Morrisons Clinic
Delivery schedule

At Morrisons Clinic, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to deliver our weight loss treatments at no extra cost. While this service aims to deliver the next working day, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during the busy festive season.

Your medication is carefully packaged with cooling ice packs and wrapped in temperature-controlled Woolcool packaging, keeping it between 2–8°C during transit to ensure it arrives safely.

19th December – 2nd January

Our clinical team will be operating with reduced capacity between 19th December and 2nd January. Orders that have opted for delivery between Christmas and New Year will be dispatched on 29th December, subject to capacity.

2nd January

Dispensing will resume on Friday 2nd January, and due to the holiday period, some orders may experience slight delays. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking link so you can follow its progress.
